1. Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer various shipping options tailored to your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and the weight of your order.
- **Standard Shipping:** Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.
- **Expedited Shipping:** Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Delays due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and may impact delivery times.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Please be aware that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volumes, processing times may be delayed. If this occurs, we will notify you via email.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. You can track your order via the provided link or directly through the shipping carrier’s website.
4. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship only within the continental United States. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time. However, if you have specific inquiries regarding international shipping, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take every precaution to ensure your package is securely packed and shipped, but in the event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@playandtalk.com within 15 days of the expected delivery date.
**Important Disclaimer:** Play and Talk is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the shipping carrier after the item has left our warehouse. However, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier to help resolve the issue. In such cases, any replacement or refund will be processed at our discretion after a thorough investigation.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Play and Talk is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect shipping information will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Delayed or Returned Shipments
If a shipment is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, carrier service issues, etc.), Play and Talk is not liable for any such delays.
In the event that a package is returned to us due to a failure to deliver (e.g., customer is unavailable, incorrect address, refusal of delivery), we will attempt to contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
8. Non-Receipt of Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please reach out to the carrier directly as they will have the most accurate information regarding the delivery. If the carrier is unable to locate the package, you can contact us for further assistance, but Play and Talk is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

10. Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Policy
We take fraud prevention seriously. All orders are subject to verification and may be delayed if we suspect suspicious activity. In cases of suspected fraud, Play and Talk reserves the right to cancel orders and refuse service to customers.
If you file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, we reserve the right to dispute the claim. We advise you to contact us first to resolve any issues with your order before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargeback claims may result in legal action.
