Return Policy

Used games, accessories, and systems are covered under warranty for repair or replacement. Should you decide not to keep the system, we offer a 100% refund in store credit only, within the 7-day period.
 
We're glad to offer refunds to the original payment method within 5 days of receipt, provided the receipt is included, along with a 15% restocking fee.
Standard return exclusions apply. Used games, accessories, and systems are covered under warranty for repair or replacement. We reserve the right to inspect and repair the item before offering an exchange or store credit. To receive the full amount in store credit, the item must be in the same condition as when purchased and returned within the 7-day exchange period.
 
The warranty periods are as follows: 7 days for used video games and non-consumable merchandise; 30 days for used video game accessories; and 90 days for used consoles. Warranty details for repairs can be found on the repair paperwork.
 
New items will be exchanged at the pre-played price for non-defective returns within 7 days. Returns for defective new first-party items must go through the manufacturer. To successfully exchange the purchased items, the customer must present the original receipt. All items on sale, food, and clothing are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We reserve the right to amend these terms for any reason at any time.
 
The city of Foley charges a 1% user fee. We will gladly offer to exchange or provide store credit for DEFECTIVE items; however, we do not offer cash or card refunds. We reserve the right to inspect and repair items before offering an exchange or providing store credit. To receive the full amount of store credit, the item must be in the same condition as when purchased and returned within the 7-day exchange period.

Any new second or third-party accessories purchased must be unopened and sealed to qualify for an exchange or store credit. Non-refundable products are as follows: Single and sealed card products (once they leave the store), headsets (if opened), food, clothing, and all sale products. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
