Yes, you may drop off repairs at any Play and Talk LLC location.

Yes. We charge a $25 diagnostic fee to evaluate your device.
If you choose to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived and applied toward the repair. The fee is only charged if you decide not to proceed with the repair or if the device cannot be repaired.
Because many diagnostics require significant time and testing, this fee allows our technicians to properly evaluate your device and focus on providing accurate repair solutions.
We make every effort to use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts when available. However, due to manufacturer restrictions, availability, or cost—especially with certain devices like iPhones—OEM parts may not always be obtainable. In those cases, high-quality aftermarket or compatible parts may be used. If an OEM part is unavailable, we will inform you before completing the repair.
No. Payment is not required at drop-off.
You only pay once the repair has been completed and you pick up your device.
Repairs must be picked up within 30 days of drop-off.
If you need additional time, we simply ask that you communicate with us. We are always happy to work with our customers when possible.
In some cases, devices may have severe damage or internal failures that prevent a successful repair.
If your device cannot be repaired, we will contact you and explain the issue. In these situations, the $25 diagnostic fee will apply to cover the technician’s time spent diagnosing the device.
Play and Talk LLC does not access or back up personal data during repairs.
While most repairs do not affect stored data, there is always a risk of data loss when working with electronic devices. We strongly recommend backing up your device before bringing it in for repair whenever possible.
Play and Talk LLC is not responsible for lost data during the repair process.
Devices must be picked up within 30 days of repair completion or drop-off.

If you need additional time, please contact us and we will work with you whenever possible.
