Tell us more about your device by using our easy online appointment system. You will search for your device by brand or model number and tell us what kind of repair you need. You can pick from a selection of common issues or type in what's wrong. You can also input any other details you think would be helpful. From there you'll make an account and then you're done! Now you're in good hands.

Receive A Transparent Quote 

You'll receive a quote (before tax) and we'll let you know if any additional charges may apply. Some cases may have additional charges; such as: deposits, infestation, water damage, frame damage, other unreported issues not disclosed when taking in the device, or any other special circumstances. Our repair technicians will keep you up-to-date during the entire repair process. We want to make sure that your experience with Play and Talk is nothing but exceptional from beginning to end; which is why customer service and quality are our primary focuses.

Make An Appointment And Skip The Line 7 Days A Week 

To ensure we can repair your device right away, the best method is to make an appointment. You can schedule an appointment on our website, by phone, or in person. However, we also understand emergencies happen, so we do accept walk-ins. If you stop by one of our locations in Mobile or Gulfport, you can choose to browse our inventory while you wait; or simply drop your repair off and leave. You also have the option of shipping your device to us. We offer several options so that you can decide what works best for your schedule!

Your Fixed Device: Pick Up Or Ship 

Once your device is ready, we'll text or call to let you know. You can pick it up or have it shipped, it's up to you! You can also always wait in store for your cell phone repair, that way you'll be able to pick it up as soon as it's ready and get on with your day!
