Tell Us About Your Device Repair Needs 

Tell us more about your device by using our easy online appointment system. Search for your device by brand or model number and tell us what kind of repair you need. You can pick from a selection of common issues or type in what's wrong. You can also input any other details you think would be helpful. From there you'll make an account and done! You are now in good hands.

Receive A Transparent Quote 

You'll receive a quote (before tax) and we'll let you know if any additional charges may apply. Some cases may have additional charges, such as deposits, bugs, water damage, frame damage, unreported issues when we took the device or any other special circumstances. We'll keep you up-to-date during the entire repair process and ensure to deliver an honest service experience. We want to make sure the beginning and end of your repair experience with Talk and Play is nothing but exceptional, so customer service and quality repair are our focus.

Make An Appointment And Skip The Line 7 Days A Week 

To ensure we can repair your device right away the best method is to make an appointment. You can schedule an appointment on our website, by phone, or in person. But we also understand emergencies happen, so we do accept walk-ins.  If you stop by our location in Mobile or Gulfport, you also have the option of browsing our store or simply drop it off. You also have the option of shipping your device to us. You can decide what works best for your schedule.

Your Fixed Device: Pick Up Or Ship 

Once your device is ready, we'll text or call to let you know. You can pick it up or have it shipped, it's up to you! Or if you chose to wait in our store you can simply pick up and get back to your day.  Either way, you'll know immediately when your device is fixed! If you still have more questions, no problem.
